The Reason for God: Conversations on Faith and Life
Captured live and unscripted, pastor and author Timothy Keller meets with a group over six sessions to address their doubts and objections to Christianity. Using literature, philosophy, real-life experiences of group participants, and of course the Bible, Keller and the group will explore the TRUTH of Christianity. This will not only sharpen your focus on your belief in Christ, but will also help you learn to engage others in dialogue on six common objections to Christianity. (book and DVD) Facilitator: Ray Stell
It's Not Too Late: How God Uses Less Than Perfect People
In this Bible study, pastor and author Tony Evans chronicles God's sovereign work in the lives of six biblical characters to redeem their failures and make them useful for His purposes. God wants to do the same for you. No matter what mistakes or poor decisions you've made, God can and will redeem your past and set you straight on the path to a glorious new future. For every mistake there's forgiveness. For every false start there's a new beginning. For every failure there's hope. Because with God it's never too late! (book and DVD)
Facilitator: Jeremy Rasor
Stolen: Reclaiming What is Rightfully Yours
Over the course of our lives the enemy works hard to rob us of the treasures God has set aside for us---our inheritance, strength, peace, dreams, joy, purpose. In this creatively produced study, pastor Kerry Shook and his wife Chris use biblical examples to lead you into a discovery of the ways you can reclaim what God has promised you. You will discover the bigger picture, from an upper story perspective, of who God is and who we are in Christ...along with all He intends for us to experience and do. (book and DVD)
Facilitator: Todd Millsaps
Seek Social Justice: Transforming Lives in Need
"Social justice is all about relationships, and here is the real tragedy---a person in need is often cut off from all support structures found in relationship. Seek Social Justice brings into focus a relational framework for responding effectively to those in need."(Chuck Colson) Poverty, Addiction, Homelessness. These problems are serious. Passion alone won't solve them. These six sessions will help you understand the roots of human need as it explores the roles and responsibilities of family, church, business, government and every disciple of Christ. You can change the world, one need at a time. (book and DVD) Facilitator: Steve Glosh
Getting a Grip: Finding Balance in Your Daily Life
This small group experience will guide you toward wise choices and disciplined actions across 5 primary areas of your life; your schedule, your body, your finances, your spiritual life and your relationships. As you learn what God has to say about each of these, you'll discover how eager Jesus Himself is to help you obtain solid traction on the road of life, and balance in what too often feels like a juggling match. Bill Hybels, author. Facilitators: Brian & Aaron Doyle
