Todd Millsaps serves along side Tommy McDearis in leadership for BBC. Prior to joining our team, Todd served as Senior Pastor of Spray Baptist Church in Eden, NC, where he led his church in an amazing time of renewal and growth. Prior to his time in NC, Todd also served congregations in Virginia, including a time as Senior Pastor of the Pearisburg Baptist Church, Pearisburg, VA.
A native of Radford, VA, Todd attended Radford University, earning his baccalaureate degree as well as a masters degree in clinical counseling. After serving a decade as a counselor and as an adjunctive professor at New River Community College, Todd answered a call to ministry. This call led him to attend the Baptist Theological Seminary of Richmond, where he earned his Master of Divinity degree.
A gifted preacher and communicator, Todd is blessed with a jovial and gregarious personality and a strong intellect. He is innovative and highly creative, yet he also possesses a pastor's heart. It is no surprise that he has been so successful in service to Christ.
Todd is married to Diana Millsaps, whom he met in the Singles Ministry at First Baptist Church, Richmond, VA. They have two delightful sons, Christian and Elijah.
